- Home Energy Assistance Target (HEAT) Program
The HEAT program provides energy assistance to low income households in the state of Utah. Call 2-1-1 to find the local agency that connects customers to services in your community.
- Weatherization Assistance Program
Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) helps low-income individuals and families reduce energy costs and increase comfort and safety in their homes. Individuals, families, the elderly and the disabled who are no more than 200 percent of the current federal poverty income level are eligible for help from the Weatherization Assistance Program. However, priority is given to the elderly and disabled, households with high-energy consumption, emergency situations, and homes with preschool-age children. - Pamela Atkinson Homeless Trust Fund
The Pamela Atkinson Homeless Trust Fund (PAHTF) is funded by the Utah State Legislature and by contributions made by individuals on their Utah Individual Income Tax Form TC-40, the PAHTF is a competitive grant program to supplement various agencies statewide in moving people out of homelessness.
